This is to illuminate applicants who pick Federal Polytechnic, Offa in the 2018 JAMB UTME that the screening will hold from Monday thirteenth to Friday seventeenth August, 2018, in the Polytechnic Main Campus, Offa-Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.

All Candidates who scored 150 or more in the 2018 JAMB UTME and who made Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their First Choice Institution are relied upon to take an interest in the screening exercise.
B. Enrollment AND SCREENING PROCEDURE
All candidates for screening are to visit http://portal.fpo.edu.ng, and make installment of N2, 000 with an ATM card that is interswitch perfect between Monday 23rd July to Thursday sixteenth August, 2018.
Fill required data, including O'level result(s), transfer checked duplicates of result(s)/certificate(s), condition of beginning and birth declaration and print out screening outline report. Competitors are required to accompany Original and photocopy(s) of their SSCE results to the screening scene.
C. It would be ideal if you take note of that any hopeful who neglects to partake in the screening activity won't be considered for confirmation in the Polytechnic, and any false accommodation amid the online enrollment for screening will prompt programmed exclusion of the applicant whenever so found.
D. All hopefuls are ordered to visit the Polytechnic's Website www.fpo.edu.ng for suitable section prerequisites for projects of their decision and other important data.
