The Federal Road Safety Recruitment (FRSC) commission is a governmental organization whose objective is to make policy that will enhance road safety and to make sure of proper compliance on all rules and regulations outlined by the Federal government of Nigeria.

The federal road safety commission (FRSC) mission is to guard toward reducing road accidents by at least 50%. Many people who are waiting to apply for the Federal Road Safety recruitment 2018 have been curious about the time recruitment Excercise for 2018/2019 will be carried out.

WHEN WILL NIGERIAN FEDERAL ROAD SAFETY RECRUITMENT 2018/2019 START?

The federal road safety Commission is currently not conducting any recruitment Excercise for now. Therefore, disregard any information you come across that is contrary to this. We will inform you all when the federal road safety commission commences recruitment for the 2018/2019 Exercise.

FRSC AVAILABLE POSITIONS & REQUIREMENTS 2018/2019

There are 3 categories A to C, see the details below;

Road Marshal Assistant II.

This is the lowest rank in the Nigeria federal road safety, you can easily apply with the possession of an O level results.

Road Marshal Assistant III.

This is the second position that comes after Road Marshal Assistant 11, applicant must still possess an O level results.

Artisans and Tradesmen.

Those who have special kind of skills such as mechanics, plumbers, drivers etc. Applicants must possess an O level results.

CATEGORY B – MI CADRE:

This category belongs to the non-commission officers of the Federal Road Safety.

Marshal Inspector I.

Only degree holders can apply and must possess the compulsory National Youth Service Corps discharge certificate

Marshal Inspector II.

Applicants must possess a university or Polytechnic degree from a recognized institution, Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) and must possess the compulsory National Youth Service Corps discharge certificate.
Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM).
Statement of Result not beyond 5 years.

Marshal Inspector III.
Candidates must possess the following:
National Diploma (ND) in relevant disciplines from a recognized institution.
National Diploma in Community Health Extension Work.
Statement of Result not beyond 5 years.

CATEGORY C – OFFICER CADRE:

This category of officers is called commission officers.

Officer Cadre.
Candidates must possess the following:
i. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning in any of the following disciplines; Law, Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Laboratory Science, Psychology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance/Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, Physical and Health Education, Accounting, Management Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Mass Communication, Social Sciences and Humanities.
NYSC Discharge Certificate.

CATEGORY D – OFFICER(MBBS) CADRE:

Officer(MBBS) Cadre.

FEDERAL ROAD SAFETY RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS 2018

• Academic qualification of FRSC;
• All applicants should possess bachelor’s degree from accredited university;
• Preference will be given to candidates with degrees of the first and second class;
• Good knowledge of computer will be additional benefit.
• Candidates must be a Nigerian citizen
• Male applicant should not be less than 1.67 meters, while female applicant 1.64
• Applicants must be free from all forms of deformity such as bow legs, flat feet, deformed eyes sight, hands or legs, and speech impediment.
• All applicants must pass all forms of medical Exercise that will be conducted at the requirements venue.
• Candidates must not have any criminal records.
• Candidates must be free from debt
• Female applicant should not be pregnant

Academic qualifications

a. Candidates should possess not less than 5 credit in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in less than 2 settings

B. Higher National Diploma (HND), National Certificate of Education will be added advantage.
