How To Submit Online Application for Shell SIWES Internship

Higher institutions in Nigeria have scraped out a specified period of time for students to put theories learnt in school to practice through the Student Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) program. This internship or rather industrial attachment can either run for a period of six (6) months or one (1) year depending on the instituiton. For an OND Polytechnic graduate, you will have to go for the one year IT  which is a criteria for you being admitted for the HND Program. But for a university student,  after the second semester of your third session in school, you are now fit to go for the six months IT.

• Name of University/institution of higher learning
• Matriculation Number/ student ID number
• Course of study
• Required duration/period for internship
• Contact details
• Scanned copy of official letter/ form from higher institution
• Current Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)/Grade Point Average (GPA) and
• Proposed start date

NOTE: Students are advised to apply three(3) months before their proposed start date and to  note that successful submission of application does not guarantee a suitable student opportunity  slot.
